How do I place my order?

1 - Choose in our catalogue of more than 20.000 references, the product(s) that suits you, and add it (them) to the basket.

2 - If you have finished your product selections, go to your basket (top right of the site). There you can check your chosen items, and if all is ok, click on "Check out my cart".

3 - At the next step, if you are already a Picksea customer, click on "Login/registration". Otherwise, you must click on "Create your account" (or "Pro account creation." if you are a professional): fill in all the information you are asked for, then click on "Continue"

4 - Then you must, indicate your full address and a telephone number, preferably a mobile phone number. The telephone number is now an obligatory piece of information we are required to have for shipments. If you want a different address for invoicing: uncheck the option "Also use this address for billing." then fill in the new information. Then click on "Continue"

5 - At the next step, you must choose a delivery method: Colissimo Home, Colissimo Collection point, Chronopost for "express" delivery or Click & collect for a withdrawal at our premises in Ploemeur. Shipping prices, calculated according to the weight of your order, are indicated for each available shipment. Then click on "Continue"

6 - The last step is the choice of payment method: Secure credit card, Paypal, payment in 3 or 4 installments via Oney, bank transfer, or payment by check. Once you have made your choice, check the box "I have read the Terms and Conditions and I accept immediate payment." then click on "I validate my order".

7 - Once you have completed the payment process, check again all the data provided and validate the payment. Since January 1, 2021, checking the validity of the bank card via the 3D-Secure device or a similar device is mandatory: do not forget to bring the validation device provided by your bank.

8 - You have ordered the chosen item(s), you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the order on your e-mail box.


What is the deadline for a refund?

After receipt of the returned package and your request for refund, you will be refunded directly to your payment method within 8 to 10 working days if you paid by secure credit card or Paypal. If you have paid by Bank Transfer or Cheque, please allow 2-3 additional days to receive the transfer or cheque.


Are there any delivery charges to pay?

Yes, there are delivery charges to be paid for all orders under 150€ (including VAT), above this amount the delivery and return costs are free. You can refer to our Terms of delivery

We have a Showroom in Ploemeur (8 mn from Lorient La Base), 16 rue Jean Moulin where it is possible to come and collect your product(s) for free by "click & collect".


How long are my products guaranteed?

We apply a 1 year legal warranty.

Nevertheless, each manufacturer has its own specific warranty period: the knives Leatherman are, for example, guaranteed for 25 years. Please contact us to find out the specific warranty periods on certain brands.


Was my order shipped as quickly as it was with all means of payment?

Unfortunately not, for orders paid by Bank Transfer or Cheque, the order is shipped upon receipt of payment.

For other means of payment (secure credit card or Paypal), the order is shipped immediately, as described above.


What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the article(s) purchased. If the "In stock" is present on the chosen item, this means that it is shipped the same day (for orders placed before 12:00 noon) or the next day for orders placed after 12:00 noon. Then, the delivery times of the Colissimo post office are on average 2-3 days, those of Chronopost 24 hours.

If the article bears the words "Shipped in N days"means that we have to supply the product from our supplier and this takes the time indicated on the label. On the other hand, as soon as we receive the product in our premises, it is automatically assigned to your order and it is shipped to you within 24 hours maximum following receipt at our premises.


I would like to return a product. How do I do this?

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, you have 30 days to exchange it for another item from our shop (except during sales periods). The return costs are at your expense for any order less than 150€ TTC. The return costs are offered to you for any order above 150€ TTC except for a request for refund or the return costs remain at your expense.

Are the prices of the products up to date?

Yes, our site is directly linked to our database, so every price change is updated in real time on our site. All the prices visible on our site are therefore the updated and current prices.


How do I know if a product is available immediately?

If the mention "In stock" is present on the product sheet when you put it in your basket, it means that the item is in stock and can therefore be shipped the same day (for orders placed before 12 noon) and the next day for others.
Otherwise, a replenishment lead time from the supplier is required, and this lead time is given, for example: "Ships within 6 to 8 days".


Do you deliver internationally?

Of course! We can deliver anywhere in Europe and worldwide. Everything is shipped from our warehouses based in Lorient in Morbihan in Brittany. Don't forget to be precise about your delivery details and to give us a local phone number to give to the carrier.


How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail reminding you of the estimated delivery date as well as instructions and the code to track the shipment of your package. If you haven't received it, don't forget to check your spam in your e-mail box.

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order from your Account --> My Order History.


I got a wrong address. How can I do this?

If the order has not yet been dispatched, call us quickly on +33 297 11 80 95, we will change the delivery address with you. Otherwise, you can also send us an email to contact@picksea.com.


I would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

If you wish to cancel your order, call us on +33 297 11 80 95 or send us an e-mail to contact@picksea.com.

If your order has already been shipped, return the entire package to us with a note asking us to cancel the order, we will make the refund within a few days of receipt of the package.
