Our commitments on the delivery of your order
- Shipment within 24h if the product is available in stock
All orders placed before 12 noon are shipped the same day (working days only). Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next morning at the latest (working days only).
- Estimated delivery date
When you place your order, you will be able to view an estimate of the date you will receive your package. This time includes the time to restock the product (if necessary) and the estimated transport time of the chosen transporter. An order confirmation email is sent to you mentioning this estimated delivery date. However, if this delivery time is extended by more than 2 days, Picksea undertakes to contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the change in delivery time.
- Free delivery and return for orders over 150€.*
When your order exceeds 150€ we offer delivery in metropolitan France and Belgium. If by any chance the product received does not suit you, the return costs are also offered to you for an exchange or the creation of a credit note. (see returns/exchanges)The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer in case of a refund request.

- If you stop by Lorient
You benefit from free in-store withdrawals. Present yourself on the day of your order or when you wish in our store in Ploemeur to withdraw your package with proof of purchase (invoice or email order confirmation). If your order is in the process of being restocked, we will inform you by e-mail of the estimated collection date. The address of our store: 16 rue Jean Moulin PA de Kerdroual 56100 Ploemeur, open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday morning by appointment. - In a Colissimo collection point (France and Belgium): you can choose from several methods of withdrawal to retrieve your package:
- - at La Poste, you can choose the establishment to which you wish to have your order delivered (without first passing your bill at home) from among the following options 9,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France. Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. Follow at any time the delivery of your package on www.laposte.fr
- - in Pickup Relay, you can choose one of the 7500 local merchants of the Pickup network, close to your home, work or holiday location, to which you wish to have your parcel delivered Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. Follow at any time the delivery of your package on www.laposte.fr.
- - in Pickup Station you can choose one of the 500 automatic pick-up locations to have your package delivered. Set up on your route (train station, metro, car park, shopping centres...) they are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day (except for consignments subject to the timetables of shopping malls and transport zones). Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will give you your withdrawal codes allowing you to collect your package during 3 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. - At home in 48h to 72h by La Poste Colissimo (Worldwide)
At the rate calculated according to the weight of your order. Colissimo is a La Poste service, guaranteeing delivery in 48h to 72h (working days and Saturdays) delivered without signature in Metropolitan France. If you are not at home on the day of the postman's visit, the parcel will be deposited in your letter box if the size of the parcel allows it, otherwise it will be kept for 15 days in the post office or the nearest collection point. Attention, any delivery "at home without signature" noted as delivered by La Poste will be considered as effectively delivered and will not be subject to any compensation from us.
- At home in 24 to 48 hours by DPD Exapaq Predict (Metropolitan France, excluding the Islands)
The Predict Express home delivery service by DPD EXAPAQ ensures delivery of the parcel within a guaranteed time of 24 to 48 hours (working days only) against signature throughout France and Europe. When you validate your order, you will have a precise and guaranteed estimate of the delivery date. Exapaq DPD's Predict solution will inform you by SMS or email of 2 time slots for a delivery appointment. If none of these slots suits you, you have the option of going to the Exapaq DPD to choose among the 5 possible delivery options: Choose another time slot for the delivery appointment, Choose a new delivery address (office or other), Choose delivery to a neighbour, Choose delivery to a Ici-Colis relay near you, Choose to pick up the parcel at the nearest Exapaq DPD agency.
- At home in 24h by TNT (France only)
TNT's Express home delivery service ensures delivery of the package within 24 hours (working days and Saturdays) against signature. For all orders placed before 12 noon, same day delivery, next day reception... If you are not present when the TNT delivery man arrives, a delivery notice will be left at your home to indicate the nearest Relais Parcel delivery point from which you can collect your parcel.
- For Large Parcels (Over 20kg or 2.70m long, France only)
For large parcels, our delivery service is the Geodis Calberson Courier with delivery within 24 to 48 hours depending on the destination. Geodis Calberson's "On-demand" service allows you to choose the day on which you prefer to be delivered. You are notified by email or SMS of the day of delivery and can change it in real time to choose another day that suits you better. This way you can make sure you receive the package when you are at home. If you are not there when the delivery man passes by, don't panic, the package is kept in one of the 140 Calberson branches nearest you.
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, please make sure to indicate on your order :
- The name of the recipient(s)
- A precise address (Street, place, postcode, city, delivery instructions)
- A valid telephone number and preferably a mobile phone where you can be easily reached in case the delivery man has a problem during delivery.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a link that will allow you to track the status of your package online. The transfer of responsibility for the package takes place at the time of the actual delivery of the package (Signature of the recipient or declaration of delivery by La Poste, UPS or Geodis Calberson).
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery option chosen and the weight of the package. They include packing in a protected package, handling and carrier fees. We advise you to group your items in one order to benefit from free shipping (over 150 euros for metropolitan France and Belgium). Our order processing system does not allow us to group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping fees for each of them.
You wish to make a gift
Simply enter the name and address of the recipient as the delivery address. The package will be sent to him/her from you, accompanied by a delivery note with no mention of price. The invoice is sent to you by e-mail to your address.
Gift box option: You can choose the "gift wrap" option for a special wrapping and the addition of a small personalized note. This option is charged 2€ extra in your order.
- For deliveries by carrier, take the time to check the number, condition and contents of the packages in the presence of the delivery person.
- In the event of an incident, mention it precisely on the delivery receipt, which must obligatorily include: the date, the signature and the precise reservations.
- I keep the original packaging, the bill/guarantee voucher of my item. These documents will serve me in case of return or exchange.
