Our committment for returned products

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, you have 30 days to exchange it for another item from our store (except during sales periods). 
  • If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please take a picture of the defect(s) noticed and send it to us by e-mail, after which we will confirm the return of the item for after-sales service.

The return costs are at your charge for any order under 150€. They are free for any order over 150€* delivered in metropolitan France and only in case of exchange or creation of a credit note. In case of a refund request, the return costs are at the customer's expense. The cost of returning the exchange product is offered by Picksea in case of standard exchange (size, color). On the other hand, Picksea cannot commit itself on the availability of the products and on the duration of restocking in the case of exchanges. In case of cancellation of the order by the customer following the return of the package not picked up and returned to picksea.com, we will be entitled to deduct from the refund the shipping costs of the package without any possibility of compensation.

*Except for products over 20kg or 1.70m in length

You also have 14 days to change your mind and request a full refund of your order. Once the 14-day period has passed, Picksea cannot issue a refund. A credit note in the form of a voucher to be redeemed on our website will be sent to you.

How to do it?

Send us your request for return/exchange by contact form indicating your contact details, the reason for your return and the product you want in exchange. If you encounter the slightest difficulty, contact our Customer Service by phone at 02 97 11 80 95.

Once your return request has been validated, you have a further 7 days to return the items to the address that will be given to you, not forgetting to enclose your contact details and order number with your package. If the amount of your order exceeds 150€ and you want an exchange with another item, a free return label will be sent to you by email, to be placed on your package for the return.

As indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you must return the product in its original packaging and in an appropriate shipping carton with the purchase invoice to the following address:

No product can be exchanged or refunded if it is damaged, washed or used.

Picksea reserves the right to apply a 10% discount on the product or to return the product as is to the purchaser without any refund or exchange if the product is returned without return instructions, packaging, label, damaged and/or used beyond the trial period.

Products on sale cannot be exchanged, and any return of such products will result in the creation of a coupon for the amount of the item on sale.
