Lighter, with neoprene sleeves and zipped pockets, it is comfortable and better suited to multipurpose use at sea, whether for day cruising or more strenuous regatta or night sailing. The 2-layer coating of the fabric guarantees good protection against rain and wind as well as good breathability. The high collar in quick-drying gentex is a plus that provides great comfort at the neck for cooler sailing and will protect the lower face and chin for wet sailing.
